What is the Spring Up Retreat?
This is a new retreat for Camp Horizon. This retreat is catering to churches that may not have enough youth to put on a retreat of their own. We will provide worship, camp activities, large group games, and break out sessions. This would be a great opportunity to introduce camp to students who have been unable to come in the past and a chance for past campers to come and see their friends.
How do I register?
Just call the camp office at 620-442-5533.
Do I need a deposit?
Yes, for every spot you want reserved, the cost is $10. It will be applied to the overall bill.
Do campers register individually?
No, churches need to register their campers as a group.
Do I need adult chaperones?
Yes, although Horizon is providing all of the programming, we still rely on church leaders to supervise the campers. We recommend bringing one adult (Age 21+) for every eight youth. Each adult must be trained in Safe Gatherings.
What do I need to bring?
What activities do I need to plan?
None. We will plan all the activities for you!
